Pricing Policy

This Pricing Policy explains how ZimSaaS prices, bills and renews its software-enabled automation services.
ZimSaaS provides business automation systems, including booking systems, CRM workflows, WhatsApp automation, customer communication flows, dashboards and related software-based services.
For the purposes of this Pricing Policy, “ZimSaaS”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ZimSaaS.
1. Pricing display
Where prices are displayed on our website, landing pages, proposals or checkout pages, we aim to make clear:
- What product, subscription or service is being purchased
- The billing amount
- The billing currency
- Whether the price is a one-time fee, monthly subscription, annual subscription or custom quote
- The main features included
- Any important limitations or exclusions
Some ZimSaaS services are custom-priced because each automation system depends on the size, complexity and requirements of the customer’s business.
2. Custom quotes
For custom systems, pricing may be provided by written quote, proposal, invoice or checkout link. Custom quotes may depend on:
- Number of workflows or automations required
- Number of users, staff members, locations or calendars
- Messaging channels required
- CRM setup requirements
- Booking system complexity
- Integration requirements
- Support, maintenance and reporting requirements
- Whether onboarding, migration or implementation work is required
Unless stated otherwise, custom quotes are valid only for the period stated in the quote. If no period is stated, the quote is valid for 14 days.
3. One-time setup fees
Some products or plans may include a one-time setup, onboarding, implementation or configuration fee. This may cover work such as:
- System planning
- Account setup
- Workflow creation
- CRM configuration
- Booking flow configuration
- WhatsApp template setup
- Testing
- Dashboard setup
- Launch support
Setup fees are separate from ongoing subscription fees unless clearly stated otherwise.
4. Subscription fees
Ongoing services may be billed as a monthly or annual subscription. Subscription fees may cover:
- Access to the ZimSaaS system or configured software stack
- Maintenance of agreed workflows
- Hosting or platform access where included
- Monitoring and support
- Minor adjustments within the agreed plan scope
- Ongoing use of automation, booking, messaging or CRM features
Subscriptions are billed in advance unless stated otherwise.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers. The available payment methods may vary depending on your location, the product purchased and the checkout method used.
Your payment may appear on your bank or card statement under ZimSaaS or the name of the relevant payment provider.
6. Taxes
Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of taxes depending on the checkout page, customer location and payment method used. Any applicable taxes, duties or payment charges may be added where required.
7. Currency
Prices are preferably shown in USD unless another currency is clearly stated. Currency conversion, bank charges, card fees or payment provider fees may be applied by your bank or payment provider and are outside ZimSaaS’s control.
8. Plan changes
If you upgrade, downgrade or change your plan, the price may change. Any change will be explained before it takes effect where required.
Depending on the billing platform used, plan changes may take effect immediately, at the next billing date, or on a prorated basis.
9. Renewals
Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring billing at the interval and price shown at checkout or agreed in writing.
10. Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation method made available through the payment provider, customer portal, account page or by contacting info@ZimSaaS.com.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments unless required by law or approved under our Refund Policy.
11. Late or failed payments
If payment fails or is overdue, access to the relevant service, system or support may be suspended, limited or terminated. We may attempt to contact you to resolve payment issues before suspension where practical.
12. Price changes
We may update our pricing from time to time. Price changes will not affect amounts already paid. For active subscriptions, we will provide notice of material price changes where required or where reasonably practical.
13. Scope limits
Unless clearly stated otherwise, quoted prices do not include:
- Paid third-party platform subscriptions
- Advertising spend
- WhatsApp conversation charges
- SMS or email sending charges
- Domain purchases
- Premium plugins or software licences
- Major redesigns or rebuilds
- Work outside the agreed scope
- Custom integrations not listed in the quote
Any out-of-scope work may require a separate quote.
